About Lijah

_{Lijah provides care as a postpartum and DONA certified labor support doula, breastfeeding specialist, and  for placenta encapsulation.}

^{Lijah resides with her two daughters, one born at home and one born in a hospital in NYC.  She is a certified doula through DONA and has training in labor and postpartum massage.}

^{A doula since 1994, Lijah provides practical support, guidance, and education to women and their families.  Lijah is knowledgeable about acupressure, aromatherapy, yoga, visualization and relaxation techniques.  She also has formal training in photography from the International Center for Photography and also provides photography services for prenatal, birth, postpartum, and life documentation.}
